Co-owner, Head Instructor
Justin Bolton
Sensei Justin has been training in martial arts since the age of 7. He holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and actively practices Escrima, Kung Fu, and Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA).
With over 20 years of experience as an instructor, Sensei Justin specializes in teaching both youth and adult classes. His expertise extends to traditional weapons training, where he emphasizes discipline, technique, and practical application.

Nicole Welsh
Sensei Nicole
Sensei Nicole has been training in martial arts for many years. She holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Kenpo Karate, as well as a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and continues her studies in Bagua and Tai Chi.
With over 20 years of martial arts teaching experience and 35 years of early childhood education. Sensei Nicole specializes in children’s classes, women’s self-defense, and fitness training. She is dedicated to empowering youth and women to build confidence, develop strength, and achieve their full potential.

Instructor
Mrs. Serena
Mrs. Serena has been volunteering and teaching at the dojo for the past 8 years. She holds a black belt in Kenpo Karate and has expanded her training into other disciplines, including Tai Chi, kickboxing, and traditional weapons such as the fan.
Mrs. Serena plays an active role in both junior classes and community outreach programs. She is dedicated to supporting students of all ages and helping foster a positive, inclusive training environment.

Ms. Jenn
Ms. Jenn is the newest member of our team, though she has been a longtime supporter of the Arts In Motion Collective. She is currently on her martial arts journey and is working toward earning her first black belt, having trained diligently for the past 7 years.
Ms. Jenn volunteers with the junior classes on Saturday mornings and enjoys creating a fun, supportive environment for young students as they grow, learn, and build confidence.
